We are the Association for Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Disorders located in the United States. We’re here to connect those who are impacted by MEN disorders–patients, family, friends, and providers–with useful resources.
The aim of our website is to direct you as quickly as possible to our support services and to information you can trust on multiple endocrine neoplasia (MEN) types 1, 2, and 3, and associated tumors and diseases.

Who we are
AMEND USA was formed in 2010 in collaboration with and supported by AMEND in the UK. We are a US tax exempt 501(c)(3) non-profit public charity (EIN 90-0885351). We are also affiliated with AMEND (UK).
AMEND USA Mission
Our mission is twofold:
1. To provide support and information for anyone affected by Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia (MEN) disorders and their associated endocrine tumors
2. To promote knowledge of and research into MEN disorders for their early and accurate diagnosis and ultimate cure.
How we are governed
AMEND USA is overseen by a Board of Directors who ensure that all we do is in line with the organization’s Mission, Vision and aims.
